Guests who are interested in the published plan will receive consultations and date and time requests.
Let's decide the plan details by interacting with the guest from [Message / Plan consultation / suggestion] in the My Page guide menu, and propose the final plan with the details / date and time decided from [Plan edit / suggestion].
We can confirm the guest's wishes and propose customization to the optimal plan.
2Tell guests the start and end codes
Ask the guest to enter the start code at the start of the plan and the exit code at the end.
You can check the start code and end code in [Plan for confirmation of implementation] in the guide menu in My Page.
If you do not enter the start and end codes correctly, the plan will not be completed, so let us know exactly.
Check the input of the start code and end code as they are also displayed in the message.

3Reply to reviews from guests
If you post a review of a plan that guests have participated in, you will be able to reply to the review.
Enter a thank you for participating in the plan.
When you receive a review from a guest, you will be able to reply to the review from [Plans implemented in the past] in the guide menu in My Page.
* The content of the review reply will also be displayed in your plan details.
