You can thoroughly enjoy Ameyoko's charms—from traditional confectionery shops that are fun just to browse, to walking and eating like minced meat cutlets, all the way to hidden gem shopping streets featuring insect food vending machines!Fee : ¥2,000

We'll also guide you to spots where you can delve deeper into Tokyo's history, such as the former Iwasaki Residence Garden featuring a lavish Western-style mansion built about 150 years ago, and the Shitamachi Museum with exhibits recreating tha old downtown area of Tokyo! (2 hours)

The student guide’s English was very clear, and learning history through quiz format was fun. I especially remember the origins of Ueno Toshogu and Kiyomizu Kannon-do!
